Rewards Program FAQ's

When are Keywords given? Keywords are announced on-air during our morning show. No Keywords are announced on weekends, and may be pre-empted at any time due to specialty programming.

How do I claim my prize? Every member that wins a Rewards Store prize or makes a purchase from the Half-Off Store, will have their prize/certificate mailed to their mailing address, unless otherwise noted. In some instances you will have to pick up your prize at the Rose radio station. You must bring a copy of the email that you receive along with a picture ID to the Business Office. The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. We are located at 1996 Auction Road, Manheim, PA 17545.

Can I send someone else to pick up my prize? No. The rules state that each member must pick up their own prizes.

Can my prize be mailed? It depends on the size of the prize and the value of the prize. Certificates, CD's and such can be mailed, with the understanding that if it gets lost in the mail WROZ will not replace the prize.

How long do I have to enter KEYWORDS? Keywords must be entered into your Rose Rewards account within approximately 24 hours after the announcement of that keyword to receive the points associated with that keyword.

Who do I contact with problems with the Rewards Program? Please use the Contact Us link on the Rewards Web Site. Please allow sufficient time for us to reply. Emails are answered during business hours Monday thru Friday. Do not use the link on the regular Rose Radio Web Site. If you would like a response to your email, please make sure that you don't have us blocked.

I signed up again, where is my key tag? Only new members receive a new key tag. Any one that was already a member, and signed up again will not get a new card. Your existing card number has been moved to your new account and the old account has been deleted.
