Rewards Program Rules and Details

1. No purchase is necessary to be a member of the Rose Rewards Program.
2. The minimum age requirement to participate is 13. Certain rewards, prizes and promotional opportunities may require that you be older in order to win - over 16, 18 or 21. These items will be noted in the description.
3. New Rose Rewards participants will receive a one-time bonus of 100 points just for registering.
4. One Rose Rewards account per person. Anyone found to have multiple accounts will have ALL of their accounts deleted.
5. Bonus point keywords will be given on-air during the Rose morning show. Keywords must be entered into your Rose Rewards account within approximately 24 hours after the announcement of that keyword to receive the points associated with that keyword.
6. 101 the Rose Rewards players are fully responsible for retrieving keywords at the appointed times and/or locations and entering keywords into their accounts, with no exceptions. 101 the Rose is not responsible for distractions, missed words, misunderstandings, and acts of nature or events outside of our control which may cause a player to miss a keyword or not enter a keyword into their account by the keyword deadline.
7. Any person found to be cheating in any way will be terminated from the Rose Rewards program without notice.
8. All points are calculated and monitored by 101 the Rose. The electronic point totals in our files are final.
9. Accumulated bonus points may be used to purchase prizes or other items available on the Rose Rewards website.
10. Some prizes may be limited in quantity and will be placed up for .sale. on a first-come, first-served basis. Other prizes may be limited to one per Rewards Member, which will be noted.
11. Individuals accumulating $500 or more in Rewards prizes in a year are ineligible to win additional items until the following calendar year. The household limit is $1,000. Rose Rewards members accumulating $600 or more in merchandise and/or services in any calendar year will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes.
12. Unless otherwise noted in the description of the item, all prizes will be mailed to the address in your Rose Rewards profile. At times prizes will only be available for pick up at the Rose Radio Station, 1996 Auction Road, Manheim, PA 17545 between the hours of 8am-4pm. Winners must present proper identification in order to take possession of your prize. Any items unclaimed after 14 days revert back to the Rose Rewards program.
13. Employees, agents, successors, assignees, advertising agencies, promotional companies, immediate family members, household members, sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies, vendors, suppliers of 101 the Rose and Hall Communications, Inc. shall be ineligible to participate/win.
14. Participants/winners waive any and all claims of liability against the contest sponsors for any damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly to the contest. Should an event be cancelled for which tickets are sold in the Rose Rewards store, 101 the Rose may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize, restore some points or restore all points 'spent' on the prize.
15. Prize winners are responsible for paying any and all state, local and federal taxes or license, title and transfer fees. Certain prizes may require the winner to provide their social security number and sign a standard station waiver before items will be released.
16. Participants./winners. names and their likenesses may be used by 101 the Rose for promotional purposes without further compensation to participants/winners.
17. Void where prohibited by law.
18. Unfortunately, 101 the Rose cannot be responsible for a member's inability to connect to the internet, login to the Rewards website, access their account or participate in any activity associated with this program, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
19. 101 the Rose reserves the right to modify these rules and contest specifications at any time without notice and without liability. Any decisions made by 101 the Rose concerning rules and/or rules violations will be final.
20. By registering for a Rose Rewards account, you indicate that you have read and accept these rules, terms and conditions.
